  • www.digitalwish.com ~ This site’s mission is “to solve technology shortfalls in classrooms” by connecting classrooms via the Internet. It’s already “granted more than 24,000 classroom tech wishes from teachers and delivered more than $10 million in tech products to classrooms.”
  • www.digitalwish.com/dw/digitalwish/volunteers ~ Here teachers “post a classroom project and ask for a virtual volunteer.” These requests are then posted and a volunteer who is expert in that particular field volunteers. Subjects include English, math, science, fine arts, social studies–and the weather, too.
